Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at the end of your order. 


Transport

Particular care is taken in the packaging and shipping of your order for a delivery in perfect condition and as soon as possible. 

Check the packages carefully upon arrival. In the event of a problem, it is imperative to express reservations to the carrier and to inform us within 48 hours.
No claim will be taken into account if specific reservations have not been made in the presence of the deliveryman.

The carrier is not obliged to go upstairs, so the delivery is made at the door of the building or dwelling.

Parcel tracking

You have the possibility to follow the delivery of your package thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

You will receive your order within 4 to 7 working days.

For any other country, please contact us directly.

The day of delivery 

Delivery is made by UPS or DHL.
However, if your delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible
(example: digicode, telephone number not communicated or wrong, no answer following the calling card),
The costs of re-delivery or return will be at your expense.
